California Coast Management is a deliberately small practice. We take on a hand-picked roster of homes along the North County coast and run them the way a thoughtful innkeeper would: the same crew at every turnover, a person on site between guests, and a real human at the other end of the phone.

I started California Coast Management after years of helping clients find and purchase their dream home along the coast. Time and again, I watched these beautiful homes get handed off to large management companies that treated them like just another listing, and my clients expressed their disappointment. I knew there had to be a better way, one that was more personal, attentive, and rooted in genuine care for both the home and the owner.
Since 2007, I've built my real estate business on relationships, trust, and local knowledge in Solana Beach and the surrounding coastal communities. California Coast Management was created to offer owners a smaller, hands on approach to short term rental management, helping protect their investment while creating a seamless experience for guests and peace of mind for owners.
